Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without notice. Monomoy Strategies LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to our services immediately if you violate any provision of this agreement. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

All provisions of this agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

Severability
